About SCI Lighting
SCI Lighting is an online lighting store for homes in the United States. We sell modern and classic indoor and outdoor lighting: pendant lights, ceiling lights, wall lights, lamps, path and bollard lights, post lights and solar lighting.
Who we are
SCI Lighting is a trade name of AETERNUM ECOM LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our team runs the store: we choose the products, write the product information, answer customers and handle every return and claim.
How our store works
We do not manufacture our products and we do not keep stock in the United States. We select fixtures from manufacturers in China. When you order, our fulfillment partner ships your order directly from its warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. That is why delivery takes 7 to 18 business days. All delivery details are in our Shipping Policy.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, and every product has a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. All details are in our Refund Policy.
