The website sci-lighting.com and the SCI Lighting store are operated by AETERNUM ECOM LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. SCI Lighting is the trade name under which we sell lighting products to customers in the United States. Our online store runs on the Shopify platform.

2. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, layout, photos, videos and the SCI Lighting name, belongs to AETERNUM ECOM LLC or is used with permission from its owners. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, for example to keep a record of an order. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape or reuse our content, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Other brand and product names that appear on our website belong to their respective owners.

3. Product Information and Safety

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Colors and brightness can look different on different screens, and dimensions and technical values are approximate. Always check the specifications on the product page, including voltage, bulb type and dimensions, before you buy.

Please follow the installation instructions that come with each product. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with local electrical codes. Use only bulbs and accessories that match the product's rating.

4. Our Role as a Retailer

SCI Lighting is an independent online retailer. We do not keep products in our own stock. Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partners, which are located outside the United States, including in China. Unless a product page says otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Any third-party brand that is named on our website, for example to describe compatibility, is not affiliated with us, and does not endorse us.

Our commitments to you, including returns, refunds and the limited warranty, are set out in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@sci-lighting.com with the subject line Legal Notice and include:

• A description of the work or right you believe was infringed.
• The web address (URL) of the page with the content you are reporting.
• Your full name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right, or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your signature, which may be typed.

We review each notice and reply within a reasonable time. We may remove or disable access to content while we review it.
