Where do you ship from?
From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We do not have a US warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
7 to 18 business days in total: 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order, then 6 to 15 business days in transit.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more, and $9.99 on orders under $99. There is no minimum order.
Where do you deliver?
To the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We pay any import duties. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also see your orders in your account.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, if the item is unused, uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Contact us first at support@sci-lighting.com to get approval.
Where do I send a return, and who pays?
Approved returns go to our return warehouse in Dongguan, China, by mail. For a change of mind, you pay the international return shipping and arrange it yourself; we do not provide a label. If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, you pay nothing.
Is there a restocking fee?
No.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days after your return reaches our warehouse, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced free of charge.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, until it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Refund Policy.
Who should install my light?
We recommend that a licensed electrician installs hardwired fixtures, following local electrical codes. Check the voltage on the product page before you buy.
