  • Messages sent in the evening, on weekends or on holidays are answered on the next business day.
  • Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Outside those hours, please email us and we will get back to you.
  • If you have not heard from us after 2 business days, check your spam folder and write to us again.

AETERNUM ECOM LLC at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 is our business mailing address. It is not a warehouse and not a returns address. Please do not send products to it, because we cannot process them there.
