Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. It is prepared in 1–3 business days, then takes 6–15 business days in transit. Estimated delivery is 7–18 business days from the day you order, processing time included. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

30-day return policy. Changed your mind or it doesn't fit your space? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sci-lighting.com and we'll approve your return. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Approved returns are sent by mail to our return warehouse in China; for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping. No restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or defective? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
